- Developing client retention, growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts for agency trading teams across UK and EU markets.
- Manage mid and senior level programmatic, operations and activation relationships with agency programmatic trading desks and DSP client services teams across the region. Identifying and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities.
- Work with global InMobi teams to underpin the relationship with the overall holding company and respective operating companies
- Drive thought leadership and strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g. regional agency teams (NA, APAC, EMEA), sales, marketing and operations to ensure consistency across global markets
- Developing medium to long-range plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers
- Create innovative offerings and strategies for growing the programmatic side of the business across the region, staying relevant and in sync with market demand.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to external trading teams by conducting L&D sessions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Deliver revenue growth for the portfolio of clients across all channels on InMobi Exchange.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a role encompassing Account/ Revenue management and data analysis strictly from digital/ programmatic/ad tech background
- High proficiency in the ad tech ecosystem of ad exchanges/networks, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations, delivery and measurement platforms.
- Strong MS Excel, PowerBi skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning.
- Expertise in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding presence across key agency partners in the region.
- Exceptional analytical skills, high level of experience and comfort with big data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distil key business insights from data.
- Proven experience in driving cross functional projects.
- Able to develop strategies and plans to help achieve revenue growth as well as customer satisfaction.
- Prior client-facing experience while owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography with strong senior industry network.
- Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.
