Family Support Worker, Together Achieving Change (TAC)G07 £30,559 to £32,11537 Hours per week, Temporary March 2027Family Support Worker (Together Achieving Change)Together Achieving Change (TAC) is seeking to appoint a professional, committed and caring person within its prevention services for families in Wrexham. The Family Support Worker will be undertaking all aspects of family support and contacting families while awaiting allocation to a TAC officer. The role will be working directly with families to promote positive parenting, independence, healthy relationships and to keep children safe.You will have relevant qualifications either QCF or NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (Child Care) or other relevant Child Care qualifications or ability and commitment to achieve the QCF Level 3 within a set timescale.
