A little bit about the opportunity…This isn’t just another General Manager job. This is a chance to take the reins of a high-energy, high-potential Be At One venue right in the heart of Liverpool’s Cavern Quarter! A prime spot surrounded by iconic nightlife and constant footfall.One year into its Be At One journey, this site is gaining serious traction, and we’re looking for the right leader to push it further, following on from an internal promotion.We need a General Manager who’s more than just operationally sound. You’ll know how to follow brand standards — and when to bend them to make something brilliant. You’ll be the face of the venue, the “the person everyone wants to know” someone who knows how to network, build relationships, and drive sales through corporate bookings, private parties, and unforgettable events.What we’re looking for:
  • A commercially sharp operator who knows how to hit targets and grow them.
  • A creative thinker who can build buzz and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • A natural leader who builds strong teams and keeps standards high.
  • A connector — someone who knows Liverpool, knows people, and knows how to get them through the door.
The venue:A newly refurbished, high-volume cocktail bar with a 7-station main bar built for speed and spectacle, plus a flexible 1-station bar perfect for masterclasses and private hire.
