Position: We are seeking a Curriculum Administrator, based at our Stornoway campus. This role will be the key link in communication and curriculum operations in the college and UHI, working very closely with the heads of faculty and the team of curriculum managers. Reporting to the head of faculty, work includes a range of interconnected administrative duties associated with curriculum activity across faculties.Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for providing effective and dedicated administrative support for tertiary education and in the facilitation of communication normally across the two faculties. This role is pivotal in ensuring curriculum operations run smoothly to support delivering an excellent student experience, high learner satisfaction and successful student outcomes.Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidate will hold a qualification at SCQF level 7 such as HNC or equivalent and above. You will have three years of experience and evidenced practice in working in an administrative environment, proficient digital fluency with strong organisational and accuracy skills, and you will be an effective communicator.A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.Benefits of working for us:
