This permanent role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property maintenance and trades, particularly joinery, who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment.You will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring all buildings are maintained to a high standard and comply with relevant regulations. The role involves coordinating contractors, undertaking minor refurbishments, and working closely with multiple teams to support business objectives with a main focus on customer care.Location: North Wales (travel across various sites required)
Salary: £35, 000 - £40,000
