  • HNC/HND (or equivalent) in engineering/aircraft maintenance, recognised apprenticeship, or equivalent technical leadership experience.
  • Proven people management in an operational, unionised environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and performance management skills.
  • Experience in coaching, team development, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of MRO operations, aviation regulations (CAA/FAA/EASA), and H&S requirements.
  • PC literate with SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Resilient, organised, and proactive leader with problem-solving abilities.
  • Right to work in the UK; able to work night shifts and complete mandatory training.
