- Management of all sub-contractor logbooks, including filing of service records and permit documentation cross referencing the CAFM system as required to ensure correct information is recorded
- Manage all parties on the site compliance documentation and issue of compliance reports
- Manage and archive building services certifications and inspection records (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing), ensure timely gathering of evidence inline with PPM Schedule
- Manage process of Information handover between internal Projects Team and Operations Team (Drawings, Asset & Task Creation, RDS and O&Ms)
- Administer site compliance reports and update site RAG, based on compliance evidence
- Liaise with the Administrators/Senior Administrators to book access to secure areas for engineers and contractors as required
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise as required by the Project Director/Technical Support Manager/Technical Manager
- Administration of compliance documentation and sub-contractor logbooks
- Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Management of Document Controller(s)
- Proven experience in the proficient use of MS Office
- Ability to learn and adapt processes
- Ability to use MS Office packages
- Excellent communications skills with good verbal and written communications; ability to communicate at all levels
- Client / Supplier relationship management
- Organisation of site documentation
- Knowledge and experience of CAFM system, reports, and ability to interrogate historic reactive and PPM data

- Understanding of compliance documentation and how sub-contractor logbooks are populated and maintained
- Understanding of the commercial process for raising orders and linking to the CAFM system
- Adaptability to communicate at all levels
