Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time OnlyProtocol Education is working with a well-established SEMH alternative provision in Southend that is looking to appoint a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant for the new academic year starting September 2025.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive specialist setting that works with pupils across KS1–KS4 who present with a range of complex needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, autism, communication needs, and other barriers to learning.The Role:You’ll be supporting students with additional needs, helping them to engage with their learning and reach their potential.
