Female Live in Support WorkerPay rate: £122.50 per dayAre you a compassionate individual looking to make a difference in people’s lives? We’d like you to join us at Jane Lewis as a Support Worker in the Portsmouth area.This role is to support our female client with cerebral palsy and neuro diverse needs within her own home in Gosport. You will move into the client’s home and support her with personal care (including washing/showering, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive their own vehicle, have a valid driver's license, and business insurance.As a Live in Support Worker we can offer you:
  • You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our client
  • Live in 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
  • Full time available
  • Pay rates from £122.50 per day
  • 24/7 support from our branch team

As a Live in Support Worker, you must:
  • Be over the age of 18 to apply
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
  • Have a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
  • Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
  • Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
  • Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector
