Their approach is hands-on and collaborative, with a clear focus on technical excellence, safety and accountability.
As Head of Pre-Construction, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team covering estimating, design, planning and methodology. You'll own the technical integrity of project submissions, advise on buildability and risk, and ensure programmes are both compelling and deliverable. From shaping tender strategies to de-risking early-stage delivery, this is a high-impact leadership role with real scope to influence growth and capability.A role for a commercially minded technical leader with presence and credibility.
You'll bring senior experience in pre-construction or technical leadership within a contractor or specialist engineering environment. Adept at influencing without direct line control, you'll be able to bring together diverse functions and align commercial, delivery and client priorities. Strong communication skills and client-facing credibility are essential-as is a deep understanding of structural methodologies, programme sequencing, and risk management.
