Construction Solicitor - Bristol

- Working on a high value caseload of claims against construction professionals acting for the defendant.
- Matters include pre and post litigation - you will be providing advice and adjudication, arbitration, risk management and coverage.
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases.
- Deliver a high level of client care - producing work to a high quality and timely standard.
- Manage client relationships.
- 1-4 PQE in construction litigation. If this has been as part of your training contract or since qualifying, we want to hear from you!
- Experience of insurance litigation is desirable but not essential. Please still apply if your construction experience has been a part of a wider litigation caseload.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
