- Strong data analysis skills - proficient in Excel and able to extract and interpret big datasets to inform strategy
- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and performance
- Familiar with a range of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Lumar, STAT)
- A proactive self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in SEO, digital trends, and ongoing learning
- Work with developers, content creators and paid media teams to integrate SEO across all digital marketing efforts
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Work with content teams in producing search engine ready content, ensuring keyword relevance and search intent alignment
- Proficiently use tools like Google Search Console, STAT, SEMrush and Screaming Frog to track performance and provide data-driven insights
- Serve as a primary SEO contact for clients, presenting strategies, results and recommendations to improve performance and ROI
- Monitor and respond to evolving algorithms, AI in search and SEO best practices to maintain a leading position in the industry
