Commercial Property Solicitor

• You will be able to run a caseload of Commercial Property matters
• Advise on either a broad caseload including all of the below, OR specialise in:

• HouseBuilders (Mainly regional and SME housebuilders and developers)
• Corporate occupier's (high profile, regional and London based)
• Advising the "third sector" not for profit organisations, co-operatives & social enterprise corporate entities
• Support clients through site acquisition and strategic land assembly
• Handle a broad caseload of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance work

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Ideally at least 4 years’ PQE within commercial property
• Some development experience would be helpful but is not essential
• You will enjoy working as a team
• Enjoying business development is not essential for this role - you will not be included in marketing activities if you do not enjoy it
