This firm is known for its strong client care, supportive working environment and clear progression structure.This opportunity would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience, particularly with buy-to-let purchases and auction work. There is scope to gain exposure to commercial property matters for those looking to broaden their expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be responsible for a broad range of work, including:
  • Handling a caseload of residential property matters
  • Advising clients on buy-to-let transactions and auction purchases
  • Delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of client care
  • Meeting individual billing targets and managing client payments
  • Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where required
  • Engaging in business development and networking to grow the department
  • Working closely with marketing to help implement departmental growth strategies
Candidate ProfileThe firm is keen to speak with individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant property experience
  • Comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and confident engaging with clients and referrers
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and professional approach
  • Some experience of managing support staff is advantageous but not essential
