Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time onlyWe're currently working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the L12 area of Liverpool, which is looking to appoint a General Teaching Assistant to join their Reception class team.About the Role:As a General Teaching Assistant in Reception, you will:Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activitiesWork 1:1 and with small groups to help children meet their developmental milestonesFoster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for young learnersAssist with classroom organisation, displays, and daily routinesEncourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have experience working in Early Years or a primary school settingHold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA or EYFS qualification)Be enthusiastic, reliable, and proactiveHave a clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one)Be passionate about making a positive impact in children's early educationWhy Apply?Be part of a supportive and friendly school communityGain valuable experience in a Reception settingCompetitive rates of payOpportunity for long-term or permanent placement
