- Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Support with HR projects and initiatives
- Support the development and delivery of training programmes to up-skill manager to deal with people matters
- Support with a range of change management projects
- Collaborate with leadership teams to drive cultural and organisational change.
- Act as a trusted advisor on performance management and succession planning.
- Up to £65000
- 15 months interim with scope for extension/permanent
