HR Business PartnerWellingborough15 months interim with scope for extension/permanentManufacturingHybridThis is a varied and generalist HR Business Partner role, supporting a number of manufacturing/distribution sites around the UK and working as part of a busy HR team.Duties will include but not limited to:
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and HR policies.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Support with HR projects and initiatives
  • Support the development and delivery of training programmes to up-skill manager to deal with people matters
  • Support with a range of change management projects
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive cultural and organisational change.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on performance management and succession planning.
