- Understand and succinctly explain all Euromonitor's databases as well as consulting capabilities
- Able to apply and design unique solutions using all available resources to address client needs
- Building relationships, creating a deeper network inside client organisations with consistent and proactive dialogue with multiple decision makers.
- Able to map, network, and penetrate a client's organisational structure as well as understand key business processes like strategic planning, innovation funnels, and new market entry strategies.
- Frequently challenge clients to constructively broaden their perspective.
- Responsible for an annual upsell target as well as assisting to secure contract renewals.
- Uses a refined consultative approach to identify points of engagement. Going beyond providing data to applying our industry insights for problem solving. Seeking areas to assist with urgent projects but also building consistent, structured and predictable points of engagement.

- Expanding our contacts beyond existing sources, developing a tailored value proposition for various areas within an organisation
- Presenting a benefit-led approach to engagement and basis for continued relationship building
- Assist in the creation of syndicated and consulting proposals
- Able to use polite persistence to engage difficult to reach senior executives, following through on long term projects as well as identifying multiple ways to assist/address obstacles in the process along the way
- Negotiation & support of closing syndicated and consulting/ad hoc proposals
- Ability to efficiently perform in role, achieving targets while taking advantage of our flexible culture of work/life balance

- 3yrs+ of sales experience, ideally working with global companies
- Comfort interacting with Director, VP and C-level executives
- Solution and value selling acumen
- Highly organised with excellent time management, managing numerous contacts including scheduling, follow up, and establishing frequent points of interaction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills
- Intellectual curiosity
- Knowledge of consumer market trends and dynamics are preferable
- International perspective
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal colleagues
- Willingness to travel
