A leading conveyancer with offices in the heart of Leeds are looking for experienced senior case handlers to join their team. Not only will you be representing an impressive brand, but successful candidates will also enjoy a competitive salary, outstanding benefits, and flexible working model with 2 days in the office required.As an experienced senior case handler, the successful applicants will manage a high volume of cases, managing the remortgaging process from start to finish. Working Monday-Friday 9-5, the key duties will involve;
  • Manage caseload of remortgage matters
  • Handle technical and challenging elements of the remortgage process
  • Deliver an outstanding service to clients
  • Manage complex queries efficiently
  • Ensure all matters are billed correctly and that completion funds are transferred accurately and securely.
  • Maintain files to the highest standards,
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive records
  • Organise and prioritise workload effectively
This is a varied and challenging role, a great opportunity for an experienced case handler, the successful candidates will have;
  • 2+ years' experience as a Senior Case Executive handling complex remortgage cases
  • Solid Remortgage experience
  • Strong understanding of UK property law, remortgaging processes, and lender requirements
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and GDPR
  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Sale and Purchase experience is an advantage.
