What you will do:
  • Engage and build positive relationships with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Conduct high-quality assessments to develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Work directly with children aged 10-17 who have received community and custodial sentences to support their desistance from offending.
  • Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team including police, therapists, and educators.
  • Ensure child safety and public protection through effective case management.
  • Apply trauma-informed, restorative justice, and relational approaches in all aspects of your work.
