【ERP Implementation Consultant｜SAP & Dynamics Experience Welcome】We are seeking ERP consultants to support the implementation of core systems such as SAP (SD/MM/FICO), Microsoft Dynamics, and related platforms.
This role involves end-to-end support from requirements definition to implementation and project management, with a strong focus on delivery and technical coordination (coding skills not required).Responsibilities:Lead and support ERP implementation projects, primarily involving SAP (SD/MM/FICO) and Microsoft DynamicsEngage in requirements gathering, system design, implementation, and project managementBuild and maintain client relationships, and provide technical problem-solving supportOccasional business travel (approximately once per quarter)Qualifications:Background in system integrators or consulting firms preferredHands-on experience in SAP or Microsoft Dynamics projects (technical understanding required, coding not necessary)Strong communication skills and ability to represent the team in front of clientsFlexibility and problem-solving ability in ambiguous project environmentsBusiness-level proficiency in both Japanese and EnglishEmployment & Compensation:Full-time permanent position (new hire)Hiring plan: 1 Manager, 1 Senior ConsultantSalary range: £60,000-£80,000 depending on experience and roleVisa sponsorship availableIdeal for candidates who: Are looking to commit to long-term projects, and want to leverage their technical expertise in a client-facing, delivery-focused consulting role.#LI-JACUK #MC
