- Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a Nursery setting with supervisory experience. If you've already been a senior practitioner or room leader, that's a huge plus!
- Qualification: SVQ LEVEL 3 HNC IN CHILDCARE/EARLY YEARS, PDA LEVEL 9 EARLY YEARS
- Educational Insight: Excellent knowledge of CFE, RTA, and the latest Care Inspectorate guidelines
