- GCSE C or 4 - Math's and English Or Functional Skills Level 2 Math's and English NNEB / Early Years qualification - minimum Level 3 Or Nursing Associate
- FDSci Health and Social Care or equivalent 2 A Level (or equivalent) Care Certificate to be completed
- Minimum of 1 year working in a healthcare setting in Maternity or Paediatrics
- Knowledge of Baby Friendly Neonatal Standards and Accreditation Knowledge of BLISS baby charter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good time management skills Able to work with minimal supervision Able to work within a multi-racial and multi-cultural environment Good keyboard and IT skills
