You’ll be expected to quickly establish rapport with students, deliver pre-set lessons across various year groups, and adapt to different classroom environments with confidence and flexibility. Key responsibilities include maintaining classroom behaviour, implementing effective teaching strategies, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. **Role Requirements**
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) confirming employability as a Teacher in England, Scotland & Wales
  • Previous Experience working in a Primary School settings
  • DBS On the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex Education
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A clear passion for working with children and fostering their educational growth
  • Commitment to the profession of working in Education
  • Past 2 years’ worth of referencing
