Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only | Potential for Permanent PlacementThe Opportunity:Are you confident, calm under pressure, and passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives?We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support students at a mainstream secondary school in Bushey, starting in September 2025.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring who is looking to make a meaningful impact on students’ education and emotional development.Key Responsibilities:Supporting students in class and through targeted small group interventionsHelping to reduce barriers to learning caused by behavioural or emotional challengesMentoring students to build self-confidence, motivation, and resilienceAssisting teachers in maintaining a calm, focused learning environmentRecording behavioural incidents and contributing to personalised intervention strategiesAbout the School:Located in the heart of Bushey, this large, inclusive secondary school is proud of its strong pastoral support and emphasis on positive relationships.
