Our client, a Managed Service Provider is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team! If you have experience with Microsoft products and packages amongst others and thrive in a fast-paced support environment, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing:🔹 Providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients.
🔹 Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues .
🔹 Managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments .
🔹 Logging, prioritizing, and escalating tickets as needed.
🔹 Ensuring excellent customer service and technical support.What We’re Looking For:✅ Experience with Microsoft products and packages (Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory).
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
✅ Experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk environment.
