Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Payments Administrator to join us at our Head Office.What You’ll Be DoingAs our new Payments Administrator, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include -
  • Independently verifying beneficiary details.
  • Creating new beneficiary templates in the banking system.
  • Be responsible for the input of payments provided by Accounts Payable, working within prescribed timeframes to ensure payment deadlines are met and payments are delivered to the highest degree of accuracy.
  • Be proficient with all banking platforms regarding the input of payments and operation of the accounts.
  • Liaise with the bank(s) support team when system issues arise.
  • Make and responding to queries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
  • Processing supplier payments with full compliance, working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and the Payments team.
  • Following financial policies to the letter while driving efficiency.
What You Bring to the TableTo thrive in this role, you’ll need -
  • Proven Payment Administration, Accounts Payable or finance administration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and able to challenge.
  • Expertise in managing a shared Finance inbox and juggling priorities with ease.
  • Problem-solving finesse and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • 37.5 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break.
