- Coordinating the daily activities of the sales office to maximise productivity.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Monitoring sales performance and preparing insightful reports for senior management.
- Maintaining CRM and funnel systems with accurate, up-to-date data.
- Acting as a key liaison between sales reps, clients, and internal departments.
- Managing office inventory and overseeing order processing in collaboration with other teams.
- Reviewing and refining office procedures to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- 3-5 years of experience in an office-based role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing and sales support.
- A strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
