This role is based out and about across our portfolio throughout Edinburgh.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Maintenance team to prioritise, complete and provide job notes for reactive and planned jobs.Working with the Operations team to ensure all properties are ready for guestsOther adhoc work throughout the Edinburgh operation as requiredRequired skills and or qualificationsDemonstrable experience of working within residential or commercial property maintenance settingBasic knowledge of plumbing, joinery and locksHigh level of organisation and attention to detailAbility to collaborate with different teams within the organisationHighly skilled communicatorA confident decision-maker and quick problem solverEnthusiastic and an adaptable approach to a varied workdayHighly professional attitude towards guests, clients and service providersComfortable working independently in properties across EdinburghFull driving licence is requiredDisclaimer: In Joivy we celebrate Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging.
