- Supporting the Head of AFC QA in the design and execution of the global AFC QA programme.
- Oversee the execution of AFC QA activities across global teams, ensuring alignment with global standards and requirements.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors (including regulator-appointed monitors) on QA programme matters.
- Analysing QA results, identified root causes, and implemented action plans and prepare insightful management information reports for senior stakeholders, the Group AML Officer and the Management Board.
- Managing the governance and maintenance of the QA framework, coordinating with regional Heads of AFC QA.
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with relevant control owners (1LoD and 2LoD), Business Line AFC, Divisional Control Officers, and 1LoD QA functions.
- Demonstrable expertise in financial crime risk management, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC).
- Proven experience in KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions Screening.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and the ability to assess the operating effectiveness of controls.
- Excellent knowledge of products and services across Corporate, Investment, and Private Banking.
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise reports and presentations.
