  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments in line with the Mental Health Act and related legislation.
  • Collaborate with service users and other professionals to develop effective care plans and interventions.
  • Tackle complex cases head-on, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
  • Prepare detailed, accurate reports and documentation.
  • Operate independently under pressure and manage workloads effectively within a supportive team environment.
  • Engage with service users with empathy and strong interpersonal prowess.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with current mental health policies and practices.
To be successful in this role, candidates must be an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional with a solid understanding of relevant legislation such as the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act. Excellent assessment and report writing skills are essential, as is a driver’s licence and access to a car.Why Croydon?
