We specialise in supplying and distributing high-quality solar panels, battery storage solutions, and energy efficiency upgrades.Location: Trafford Park Industrial Estate, Redditch, B98 7AHStart Date: ImmediateRole OverviewAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of goods. You will manage stock control, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and lead a small warehouse team to meet operational targets. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Oversee goods receipt, storage, order picking, and dispatch processes.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular inventory checks and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Forklift and Manual Handling licences.
  • Proficient in using inventory management systems.
