We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team!Key Responsibilities:As Site Manager, you will:
  • Ensure the school environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for all.
  • Maintain high standards in Health & Safety across the school site.
  • Organise and maintain all site-related records and documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate external contractors and maintenance visits.
  • Be a flexible, proactive team member, supporting the smooth running of the school.
  • Communicate positively with staff, pupils, and external partners.
Main Duties Include:
  • Security of the school buildings and site, including response to out-of-hours alarm callouts.
  • Operation and maintenance of heating, lighting, and water systems.
  • Undertaking minor repairs and general day-to-day maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and checks.
  • Supporting school lettings, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Cleaning designated areas to maintain hygiene standards.

  • Proven experience in facilities or site management, particularly within an educational setting (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and legislation.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A positive and flexible approach to working as part of a school community.
  • A practical and hands-on individual who takes pride in their work.
