- Assist Head of Department in curriculum development and delivery oversight
- Manage staff and resources across both campuses
- Lead quality assurance and drive performance improvements
- Support recruitment, retention, and student progression
- Develop industry partnerships and work experience opportunities
- Oversee timetabling, course delivery, and assessment processes
- Line manage teaching and technical staff
- Qualifications: Level 5+ teaching qualification (DET, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or PGCE)
- Experience: Recent FE teaching experience with construction industry background
- Leadership: Team management or supervisory experience
- Skills: IQA Award (or working towards), current Health & Safety knowledge
- Other: Enhanced DBS clearance, ability to travel between campuses
- Salary: £44,408 per annum
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (37 hours/week)
