This hybrid role requires regular on-site presence at one of the organisation's offices in Bristol, Cardiff, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Falmouth or Liverpool.Salary and Benefits:

- Shape and deliver strategic plans for the Land and Air sector, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives
- Lead business development activities, from identifying opportunities to securing new work and building client relationships
- Oversee proposal preparation, mentor colleagues in business development practices, and support successful project delivery
- A strong background in the UK defence sector, including consultancy experience
- Expertise in Land and Air systems, with knowledge of areas such as Land Systems, Soldier Systems, Crewed and Uncrewed Air Systems, Autonomous Platforms, and CyberEM Defence
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and capture management
- A network of industry contacts and the ability to build long-term collaborative relationships
- Commercial awareness and experience guiding bids and projects
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams
