National Account Executive

- Support the delivery of customer business plans across grocery and eCommerce retailers, particularly during seasonal peaks and promotional periods.
- Own the P&L for assigned accounts, working towards volume, value and profit targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category, marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver best-in-class service and strategic execution.
- Build compelling sell-in stories using EPOS and category data to influence buyers and drive listings.
- Lead on commercial fundamentals including forecasting, promotional planning, new line setup, invoice reconciliation, and trade reporting.
- Conduct regular store visits and use insights to track performance, review execution, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support NPD launches, ensuring smooth rollout and customer engagement.
- Degree-educated with 1+ years of experience in FMCG sales or a related commercial function (Will consider Field Sales candidates looking to take a step to National)
- Prior experience in account management, buying, category, or commercial support within food or drink preferred.
- Commercially sharp with strong Excel skills and a good understanding of P&Ls and margins.
- A collaborative team player who builds great relationships with buyers and internal teams.
- Highly organised and proactive – able to spot opportunities, take initiative, and challenge the status quo.
- A passion for food, retail trends, and working with premium challenger brands.
