· Supervise whole classes during teacher absence
· Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged and focused
· Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
· Provide feedback to teaching staff on class progress and behaviour
· Support students in their learning while maintaining a calm and safe environmentWhat Were Looking For:
· Strong communication and behaviour management skills
· Confident, flexible, and professional approach
· Experience working with young people (school, tutoring, youth work, or similar)
· Educated to A-Level or degree level (desirable)
· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneKey Details:
