
Associate Vice President, Strategic Accounts

- A sales-focused role, the AVP will be required to work both on existing accounts and developing new business
- The AVP will be expected to hit and overachieve on key financial targets associated with their individual book of accounts
- A key contributor to the sales organization, the AVP will be expected to contribute to internal work groups and advise on business improvements
- A KPI driven role, the AVP will be expected to hit and exceed key measurements as an intrinsic part of the role
- Pipeline Management is essential and the AVP will be expected to manage their pipeline and regularly forecast clearly and methodically
- Networking and strong presentation skills are a fundamental part of the role. The AVP should work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate upsell and cross sell opportunities
- An excellent communicator, the AVP will be required to clearly communicate M3GR's value proposition externally as well as working seamlessly with all internal departments
- The AVP will be responsible for driving project excellence and being seen as the key point of contact and support for all their clients
- Work closely with more junior members of the team both as a mentor but also to drive excellence in their sales portfolio
- Participate and execute against key sales strategic initiatives
- Use key data points and clear market insights to optimize client proposal delivery
- Build and maintain clear and coherent account plans and liaise with key divisions to ensure actions are documented and executed
- Ensure CRM is fully utilized and updated
