Secondary Learning Support Assistant (Temp to Perm )Northampton £100 - £101 per dayASAP ( Temp to Perm )The School and Role;The School is a Secondary pupil referral unit that caters for children who aren't able to attend a mainstream school due to behaviour difficulties Your role would be helping them to achieve their full potential through learning and great behaviour management. The hours of work are 8-4 Monday to Friday.The desired Learning Support Assistant will have;- Experience of working with school aged children- Experience of working with pupils with SEND- A passion for the progress of SEMH pupils- An ability to work as part of a teamWhat we offerAs a Learning Support Assistant , part of our team, you benefit from:· Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
