UNLIKE ANY OTHER SELF-EMPLOYED ESTATE AGENCY POSITIONS YOU WILL RECEIVE £2,000 PER MONTH (£24,000 PER YEAR) ON A PERMANENT BASIS AS YOUR RETAINER.We are looking for experienced Estate Agents across the whole of the Essex region where you will be self-employed and work from home. The commission structure is truly outstanding with 30% commission paid on completion and once you have banked £100,000 your commission then rises to 40% (resets to 30% on each anniversary) with realistic on target earnings in year 1 of between £60,000 and £70,000 with long term unlimited earning potential. Estate Agent Listings Manager Who are we looking for: Current / previous Estate Agency experience will only be considered and we are now looking for Estate Agents across the Essex region who have worked in Estate Agency at Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Valuations Manager or Branch Manager level. You will be responsible for valuations, listings and viewings and will have full access to everything required that an Estate Agent needs to do their job.
