These settings support pupils aged 4-19 with a range of needs, including but are not limited to:Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsAutism Spectrum Condition (ASC) * Communication needsAttachment disorders and traumaAnxiety or school-based phobiasRole Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs / Social Emotional Mental Health needsAssist teachers with delivering tailored learning programmes to suit all students ability levelsEncourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation of pupilsCreate a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environmentWork closely with teaching staff, therapists, and familiesWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in education, care, youth work, or SEN (desirable but not essential)Patience, empathy, and a calm, supportive approachPassion for making a positive impact on young people’s livesStrong communication and teamwork skillsWhy Join Teaching Personnel?Weekly pay via PAYE – no umbrella companies <
