This is not a supernumerary role - you will lead by example, working hands-on alongside your team to deliver compassionate, personalised care every day. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant, looking for career progression!As Unit Lead, you'll manage the day-to-day running of the unit, mentor and help develop staff, oversee care plans, and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
