We are working in partnership with a highly respected children's residential care provider to recruit a Senior Residential Childcare Worker (SRCW) to join a dedicated team committed to improving outcomes for young people. About the Role As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the wellbeing, development, and safeguarding of the young people in the home. You will act as a role model, provide leadership to colleagues, and work closely with specialists to ensure every young person receives tailored, therapeutic care.
