- Be well versed in children’s homes legislation, regulations and inspection framework, to support the safe and effectively delivery of care:
- Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
- Social Care Common Inspection Framework Social care common inspection framework (SCCIF) and assurance visits
- Level 3 Diploma for residential childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with electronic care records and auditing processes within the care system
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills including first-rate literacy and numerical skills
- Working Knowledge of the Ofsted Inspection Framework for Children’s Homes and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
