- Advise and support the development of Business Cases.
- Lead delivery of s.6 Board Assurance Statement and enterprise-wide guidance on commercial regulatory assurance.
- Lead the production, quarterly submission, annual review and ongoing monitoring of the Performance Standards Report including Operational Performance Metrics (OPMs) across the organisation.
- Support the business in delivering its Annual Business Plan, Budget and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including ongoing monitoring.
- Support the business in reviewing its Consumer Plan, Marketing strategy and Brand KPIs, including ongoing monitoring.
- Lead the provision of commercial regulatory guidance to the business in support of its innovation pipeline and Enabling Agreement arrangements (including regulatory commercial approvals and Estimated Implementation Cost (EIC) support as required).
- Strong commercial acumen, economic/financial background and strategic mind-set.
- Bright, highly analytical and intellectually agile, able to learn and manage complexity quickly.
- High level of integrity whilst also able to successfully partner with the business in meaningful ways through building trusting relationships and connections.
- A strong collaborator, influencer, listener, to build consensus and a constructive working relationship across the organisation.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence, and ability to influence a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
