Role: Procurement Manager - Indirects & ITLocation: Bristol - Hybrid working model and remote-first culture (2 days per week in Bristol office)

About the Role:Reporting directly to the CFO and supported by the Group Procurement Director, you'll:
  • Lead all sourcing and procurement activity across IT and Indirects
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across our business
  • Deliver cost-saving initiatives
  • Shape procurement strategies, plans, and tools
  • Manage sourcing for high-impact areas like IT/software and marketing
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and tooling
What You'll Bring:You're a sourcing/procurement professional with:
  • Proven experience owning sourcing strategies end-to-end - across IT and Indirects
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience in IT software and services procurement
  • Confidence with legal documents (you know when to loop in Legal)
  • A growth mindset, critical thinking, and a collaborative spirit
  • Bonus if you're working toward CIPS or have a legal/business qualification
