As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the home, from residents’ rooms to communal areas. You’ll carry out thorough cleaning and laundry tasks, manage waste, and ensure all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are hygienic and well-maintained. You’ll also support residents in their daily routines, help them settle comfortably, and collaborate closely with the care team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. By following health and safety guidelines and infection control practices, you’ll help the home operate smoothly while contributing to the overall wellbeing of residents.What We’re Looking For
- A reliable and proactive team member with strong attention to detail
- Awareness of hygiene and safe working practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support residents
- Previous experience in domestic work is an advantage but not essential
- Positive, caring attitude with a willingness to learn
