Community Support Worker

• Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Document daily activities and report any changes in clients' conditions to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

• Previous experience in senior care or home care is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of first aid practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with behaviour management techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
