Sous Chef Job Temporary or PermanentGreycoat Lumley's client is seeking a Sous Chef on a temporary basis until the end of September or permanently in the Cairngorms area of Scotland. This role is reporting to the Head Chef. Our client is continuing to establish a culinary team of chefs as their multi-faceted portfolio continues to expand into casual outdoor dining and personal chef experiences. All whilst developing their unique food offering in the Cairngorm region.The Role:
