Job Title: Office AdministratorLocation: High Wycombe
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pmBonuses, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension,About the Role:This is a varied administrative role that will see you working closely with the Brand Director, covering general administration, PA duties and acting as a key point of contact for European suppliers. You'll be coordinating logistics, supporting procurement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison for European suppliers
  • Communicate efficiently between the sales team and suppliers
  • Support procurement and logistics planning
  • Prepare and manage import/export documentation (training will be provided)
  • Assist with hotel bookings, travel arrangements, general admin and PA durties for the Brand Director
  • Provide office administrative support across departments
  • Help resolve stock issues and coordinate brand-related tasks
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and assist in improving processes
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong background in administration or procurement.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks
  • Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Full right to work in the UK
Package:
  • £28K - £32K Salary
  • Bonus paid twice a year
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
