
Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner

- Managing a case load of spinal and peripheral patients with varying diagnosis and/or highly complex needs using evidence based and/or patient centred principles.
- Be responsible for organising appropriate diagnostic workups for patients and referring them to an appropriate secondary care service when indicated.
- Working closely with the Clinical Lead and Clinical Operations Manager to achieve the service targets, including supporting clinical education and audit within the service
- Acting as a source of expertise in the management of the service by providing advice to patients and other healthcare professionals, GPs and Consultants
- Performing steroid injections as appropriate
- Have completed some MSc modules or completed an MSc in Physiotherapy
- Have recognised/validated orthopaedic musculoskeletal postgraduate training
- Have a full UK Driving License
- Access to your own transport
- Previous experience of orthopaedic triage
- This is a part-time permanent role; 15 - 22.5 hours per week available
- A full-time equivalent salary of up to £57,750 per annum depending on experience

- A qualified Physiotherapist with valid HCPC pin number
- Working towards or has completed an MSc in Physiotherapy
